Baker / Production

Help prepare breads, pastries, and sweets in a busy production kitchen. Early mornings are part of the role. Requires a minimum of 3 years experience as a baker.
Apply for this positionWhat you’ll do
- Mix, shape, proof, and bake breads, buns, pastries, donuts, and sweets to bakery standards
- Follow daily production lists and recipes so product is ready for opening
- Work early morning shifts as part of the regular production schedule
- Fry, finish, fill, and decorate items as required for the day’s bake
- Monitor ovens, fryers, and proofing so quality and timing stay consistent
- Keep the production area clean, organized, and food-safe
- Help package and stage finished goods for the counter and pickup orders
- Requires a minimum of 3 years experience as a baker
